SCL Law Group provides a full range of legal services to serve the needs of clients. We have structured our group of law firms in such a way that general legal work, such as corporate, securities, banking and finance, corporate recovery services, expatriate services, labour, mergers and acquisitions, property, taxation, litigation and arbitration, are handled by Siam City Law Offices (SCL); and intellectual property, information technology and telecommunications work is handled by Chavalit & Associates (CA).

Siam City Law Offices Limited (SCL) provides general business law services, such as corporate, securities, banking and finance, corporate recovery services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation and dispute resolution, taxation, labour, expatriate services and real estate.

Our clients are both domestic companies and multinational corporations. We have worked with law firms in many jurisdictions for cross-border transactions.

It is our pleasure to make regular contributions to a number of organizations, including the Legal Committee and the Taxation Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (“BCCT”), ‘Doing Business’ books of the World Bank and giving regular lectures at various universities in Thailand.

We are members of many organizations, including the International Bar Association, International Fiscal Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, LAWASIA and International Trademarks Association.

Our legal professionals have been trained in the United States, the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia, offering a diverse wealth of experience. We are constantly evolving with changes and developments within the legal industry as well as the changing economy and political developments. SCL and C&A were both founded in March 2005 by a group of energetic lawyers with a wealth of knowledge and commitment to serving our clients. We are now providing over 10 years of service in Thailand, an achievement that we are proud of.
