L & Y Law Office was established in 2016. Our firm and its lawyers have been serving as legal consultants for a portfolio of corporate clients and professional organizations, offering comprehensive and competitive professional legal services.

Most of our lawyers are registered lawyers in Hong Kong with significant experience dealing with international and local clients particularly in relation to commercial and corporate transactions. Our solicitors, trainees, paralegals and legal executives have also received their legal education in Hong Kong and/or overseas. Some of them are also hold professional qualification in other disciplines such as Certified Public Accountants and advanced degrees in finance.

We have established strong connections with law firms in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, British Virgin Islands, Taiwan, Macau and other jurisdiction and we had often collaborated with lawyers in different jurisdictions in handling our clients’ matters.
